Our recommended paddle lengths are as follows: for SUP surfing, your height plus 6-8 inches; for flatwater, your height plus 8-10 inches; and for SUP racing, your height plus 10-12 inches. When assembled as a kayak paddle, the length is fixed at 89 inches (226 cm), making it suitable for most individuals over 5'5" with common kayak lengths of 24 to 28 feet.
